  • 500 grams of potatoes

  • ½ onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 350 grams of peas

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • Ground black pepper and salt to taste
  1. In a casserole you have to put water and put it in the kitchen to cook the carrots and potatoes, let the water boil for about 4 to 7 minutes; Then add the potatoes and carrots to boiling for 20 or 25 minutes so it can be easily chopped.

  2. In parallel, you can place the chicken breast in a pot, covering it with water, onion, garlic, bay leaf, and salt to taste. Cook it over high heat until it starts to boil and then lower the heat. Let it cook for about 15 minutes.

  3. Once the breast is removed, and in that same water, put the peas for 2 or 4 minutes, then drain it well.

  5. Finally place the potatoes, carrots, chicken, peas, celery, and parsley cut into a bowl to mix. Then pour the mayonnaise covering it to stir it, otherwise leave the mayonnaise so that people pour it into an individual bowl with the salad.
