Motorola is working on the launch of its first tablet after many years. The device will hit the market under the name Moto Tab G20, and it will hit the territory of India first. Last August, the future tablet of the company was detected in the Google Play Console listings. Now, it has been revealed when the tablet will be announced.
The source of the leak is the informant Mukul Sharma through his Twitter account. According to what it reveals in a publication, Motorola will make the announcement of the Moto Tab G20 on September 30 in India.

It should be noted that the Moto Tab G20 is the same product that had previously been leaked in certain media under the name Moto Tab 8. The device was first listed under the latter name in the Big Billion Days section of the Indian e-commerce site Flipkart. Now, this listing has been updated with the new name and with its first official image.
The future Moto Tab G20 has a design with relatively thick bezels and a single camera on the back. The image reveals that it is a device intended for entertainment and education. Therefore, it aims to be a product for the mid-range segment at a low cost. According to a tweet from another source ( Yogesh Brar ), it will compete against Samsung’s Galaxy Tab A7 Lite. This latest insider has also shared several of the key specs that the device will feature.
Moto Tab G20 will have a screen LCD IPS 8 inches with a resolution supporting HD. It is powered by Mediatek’s Helio P22T chipset in the company of 3GB of RAM. The tablet is said to be equipped with 32GB of internal storage in its base variant. Regarding the software, it will run the Android 11 operating system in a fairly stock version.
The rear area of the Tab G20 features a single 5-megapixel camera sensor. Meanwhile, its front camera sensor is 2 megapixels. The other features that are available on the device include a 5,100 mAh battery with 10W charging support, front speakers, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5, USB-C port, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
For walking, there is no information yet on its price or on its possible international availability.
